Return policy

Standard Return Policy

With our simple returns process, you can shop online worry-free.

If something doesn't work out, you can send most items back within 30 days of delivery.*

  • Start the return process within 30 days of receiving your item.

  • We inspect all returned items. Products must be received in the following condition to qualify for a refund:

    • The product must be in new or unused condition

    • The product must be returned with all original product tags in place, and with all product inserts and accessories included.

    • The product must be re-packaged in the original manufacturer packaging (when applicable) and shipping packaging (when possible). 

  • Shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer in cases of buyer's remorse returns, such as an item didn't fit, didn't like the color/quality, changed your mind, ordered by mistake, bought it somewhere else, etc.

  • We will refund the cost of the merchandise and shipping charges if the return is a result of our error or defective product.

  • Ship the product as soon as possible so it arrives at our facility within 45 days of receipt of the item. (See Product-Specific Return Policies for exceptions)

  • Professionally installed products, through our partnership with Angi, are eligible for return for replacement only if the return is a result of our error or defective product. Installation fee refunds are issued in the form of in-store credit only. 


* You should note that this return policy does not apply to Marketplace Seller products (approved 3rd party sellers on Bed Bath & Beyond). Marketplace Seller products are subject to the sellers return policy, and are excluded from the return policy above and additional returns programs, such as Welcome Rewards by Club O Free Returns for In Store Credit.

Defective Product and Returns Due to Our Error

If there are mistakes with your order, or products arrive defective/damaged at the time of receipt, we'll make it right by:

  • Sending you replacement parts or accessories

  • Replacing the product* or

  • Issue a refund**

  • And we'll also cover the cost of any return shipping

  • If the product is not defective, return shipping fees will apply.

*At our sole discretion, a replacement may be sent immediately, before we receive your return. If you have received an immediate replacement, please ensure the original shipment reaches our warehouse within 30 days of initiating the return to avoid charges for the replacement.
